This push for virtual asset finance will also make NFT art and other virtual assets more accessible to the general public. In fact, even the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology launched a series of NFT art pieces during its anniversary celebration, offering alumni the opportunity to invest in them. NFT stands for non-fungible tokens, meaning each token is unique. For example, if someone wants to buy the basketball shoes worn by Steph Curry in the NBA Finals, they can easily verify the authenticity of the shoes and have a reliable transaction record through NFT, which gives the shoes value. Currently, NFTs are widely used in the digital art trading industry, but their technological applications go far beyond that, including decentralized identity verification and game asset trading. Despite the widespread discussion of the value of NFTs and Web3.0 technology, it is still advisable for the average person to enter the market at a time when the risks are manageable.
